Terms of Service for the neurosam.ai website and the services provided by neurosam.AI Inc.

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the neurosam.ai website and related services (the “Services”) operated by neurosam.AI Inc. (the “Company”), as well as the rights and obligations between the Company and users.
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Company and users in connection with the use of the Services provided by the Company.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
- These Terms apply to every user who wishes to use the Services.
- The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law. Any amendment will be posted on the website at least 7 days before its effective date (at least 30 days in advance for changes that are unfavorable to users).
- If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, they may discontinue use of the Services.
Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)
- The Company provides the following services:
- Information about the Company’s solution (neurosam.AI Agent-R)
- Adoption consultations, requests for technical materials, and inquiry handling
- Blog, news, and technical content
- The Company may modify some or all of the Services for operational or technical reasons, with prior notice given before any such change.
Article 5 (Use of Services)
- The Services are, in principle, available 24 hours a day. However, they may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance, technical reasons, and similar circumstances.
- The Company may refuse or suspend the provision of Services in any of the following cases:
- Violation of these Terms or applicable law
- Detection of conduct that undermines the stable operation of the Services
- Interference with the Company’s normal business operations
Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users must not engage in any of the following:
- Registering false information or misappropriating another person’s information
- Infringing the copyright or intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party
- Interfering with the operation of the Services (hacking, DDoS, automated bots, etc.)
- Engaging in conduct that violates public order or accepted moral standards, such as obscene, violent, or criminal activity
Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)
- The copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights to all Content included in the Services (text, images, video, software, logos, designs, etc.) belong to the Company or its rightful owners.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, publicly transmit, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit the Content without the Company’s prior written consent.
- Open-source projects released by the Company are governed by their respective licenses (MIT, Apache-2.0, etc., as specified for each project).
Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information)
Matters concerning the processing of users’ personal information are governed by a separate Privacy Policy.
Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)
- The Company is not liable for any interruption of Services caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, communication failures, or third-party service outages.
- The Company limits its liability for any damages arising from information that a user obtains through the Services, to the extent permitted by law.
- Information provided during the adoption consultation and technical-materials stage is for general guidance purposes only; actual adoption requires a separate formal contract and review.
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)
- Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the Services shall first be resolved through good-faith consultation between the Company and the user.
- If no agreement is reached, the matter shall be subject to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
Supplementary Provisions
- These Terms take effect on May 21, 2026.
